is Malaysia's 1st comprehensive 5star PADI Career Development Center (CDC) which is awarded to PADI Five Star Instructor Development Centers that dedicate their businesses to professional development beyond regular scuba instructor training and meet the highest requirements for training PADI scuba diving leaders. PADI CDCs offer career-oriented training to prepare scuba diving professionals for employment in the dive industry, as well as offering job placement assistance for program graduates.
Seamonkey Dive Centre is licensed by Malaysia Tourism Ministry as an inbound travel agency (registration number KPL/LN 6581) and also registered with the Ministry of Finance to offer its comprehensive recreational scuba diving services. It was conceived in 2007 by a group of local Malaysian enthusiast scuba divers focusing to be customer-focused, professional organization dedicated to providing safe, fun and memorable recreational scuba diving experiences.
With a fully equipped dive school in Petaling Jaya, Selangor and 3 other dive centres located at Merang and Pulau Redang, Terengganu as well as in Penang. Seamonkey Dive Center offers a comprehensive scuba diving experience for recreational scuba divers as well as a complete academic experience to those who aims to be a scuba diving professional. The dive center in Merang runs daily day dive trips to the vicinity of Pulau Bidong while the dive centre in Pulau Redang offers unlimited shore dives and boat dives using its own 80ft dive boat MV Bintang Laut. The dive school at Paya Terubong , Penang offers full PADI dive courses diving amidst the best dive sites within Pulau Payar marine park in the vicinity of Kedah .
Seamonkey Dive Centre is also the appointed distributor for BEUCHAT diving equipments in Malaysia offering a comprehensive range of scuba diving equipments and servicing facility for scuba gears.
As a licensed inbound travel agency we organise and coordinate travel booking for most of the dive destinations in Malaysia primarily within Terengganu, Kedah, Pahang and Sabah.
